How do I find out how many loyalty points I have?

Our guests are automatically enrolled in our program and we do the tracking for you.  For every dollar spent you earn 1 point. Referring a client you receive 25 points. Please see Front Desk for redemption rewards or create an account on our website to view at your convenience.

 

How long in advance can I cancel without being charged?

Any cancellation/reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

 

What If i am more than 10 minutes late?

LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate the service or services booked. Cancellations due to late arrival will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services.

 

Can I bring my child while I receive a service?

Treating yourself to a nice indulgence should be a relaxing experience. Due to safety reasons and our small environment, we welcome children if they have an appointment for themselves. Please make arrangements for childcare on the day of your service.

 

What can I expect for the maintenance of color/chemical services?

Color Touch Up:
Use a color protecting shampoo and conditioner. Wait 72 hours to wash your hair, rinse with cool water when washing. Protect your hair from the sun by using UVA & UVB leave-in spray. Root maintenance appointment every 4 to 6 weeks

Balayage:
Use purple shampoo twice weekly Color safe shampoo and hydrating conditioner. Deep condition at least once a week. Rinse with cool water. Toning maintenance is advised in between balayage appointments. Balayage maintenance appointment every 10 to 12 weeks.

Highlights:
Use purple shampoo twice weekly. Color safe shampoo and repairing conditioner. Deep condition 1 to 2 times weekly. Rinse with cool water. Use hydrating leave in. See your stylist for regular trims every 10-12 weeks. Highlight maintenance appointment every 6 to 8 weeks.

Keratin Smoothing:
Use only sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. Wait 24-72 hours before washing hair Keep hair dry and straight before washing hair.

What to Expect with Color Corrections:

Corrective color processes vary with your hair condition and desired outcome. We require a consultation prior to the corrective service appointment. It is common for the stylist to test a strand of hair to determine expectations. Some corrections can be done in one day and others need multiple sessions to insure hair integrity. Color Corrections can be taxing on the hair. It is important to follow proper aftercare to avoid hair damage. The stylist will recommend the best reparative products for your hair type. Corrective services start at $100 an hour with a 3 hour minimum appointment time.
