We understand the need for flexibility with our clients busy schedules and respect how valuable your time is. With every effort to accommodate your schedules we ask that you do the same. To ensure that appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 48 hours in advance.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to an emergency, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge of all scheduled services.

Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours notice of scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of scheduled appointments. No-show’s are an automatic 100% charge and clients will not be allowed to reschedule with our salon or stylist until the no show charge is collected.

LATE ARRIVALS: Please make every effort to contact us if you are running more than 15 minutes late for your service. If you are late, please keep in mind that we may not be able to accommodate the service(s) you are scheduled for. Late arrivals more than 20 mins WITHOUT notice will be considered a “NO SHOW” and will be subjected to 100% charge of reserved services.

Our guests are automatically enrolled in our program and we do the tracking for you.  For every dollar spent you earn 1 point. Referring a client you receive 25 points. Please see Front Desk for redemption rewards or create an account on our website to view at your convenience.

Treating yourself to a nice indulgence should be a relaxing experience. Due to safety reasons and our small environment, we welcome children if they have an appointment for themselves. Please make arrangements for childcare on the day of your service.

Corrective color processes vary with your hair condition and desired outcome. We require a consultation prior to the corrective service appointment. It is common for the stylist to test a strand of hair to determine expectations. Some corrections can be done in one day and others need multiple sessions to insure hair integrity. Color Corrections can be taxing on the hair. It is important to follow proper aftercare to avoid hair damage. The stylist will recommend the best reparative products for your hair type. Corrective services start at $100 an hour with a 3 hour minimum appointment time.

Color Touch Up:
We recommend the use of a color protective shampoo and conditioner and waiting 72 hours to wash your hair. Protect your hair from the sun by using UVA & UVB leave-in spray. Root maintenance appointments are every 4 to 6 weeks.

Using a purple or blue base shampoo one or two times a week in addition to a Color safe shampoo and hydrating conditioner will help keep your color fresh. Consider a Deep conditioner at least once a week. Rinse with cool water. Toning maintenance is advised in between balayage appointments. Balayage maintenance appointments are every 10 to 12 weeks.

Use a purple or blue shampoo one to two times a week plus a Color safe shampoo and repairing conditioner. Consider a Deep condition 1 to 2 times weekly. Rinse with cool water and use a hydrating leave in. Be sure to see your stylist for regular trims every 10-12 weeks. Highlight maintenance appointments are every 6 to 8 weeks.

Keratin Smoothing:

Your hair can be washed or styled immediately after your Professional Keratin Treatment with us. Keratin treatments usually last approximately 3-4 months depending on the amount of times you wash and expose your hair to chemical processes.

It is best to use a sulfate free shampoo and avoid exposure to chlorine or salt water.
